They deliberately chose not to produce Bourbon, but rather to focus on the American Single Malt Whiskey category. They founded and lead the ASMW Commission, which currently includes 110 distilleries. Since its founding in January 2010, the distillery has placed the highest value on quality. Every single malt is made from 100% malted barley. The distillate is only distilled up to 80% vol.
